Xie Jin - BIOGRAPHY
谢晋，中国内地知名导演。1939年在上海参加学生业余戏剧活动，1941年入四川江安国立剧专话剧科学习，受业于曹禺、洪深、焦菊隐等 名家。1943年中途辍学到重庆中青剧社当场记、兼演小角色。解放后曾进华北人民革命大学学习。建国后，历任上海电影制片厂副导演、导演，中国影协第四届理事、第五届主席团委员，中国文联第五届、第六届执行副主席。是第七届全国政协委员，第八届、九届全国政协常委。1987年获全国五一劳动奖章。导演的影片《女篮五号》，获1957年第六届世界青年联欢节银质奖章和1960年墨西哥国际电影节角帽奖；《红色娘子军》，1962年获第一届电影百花奖最佳故事片奖、最佳导演奖；《舞台姐妹》，1980年获第二四届伦敦国际电影节英国电影学会年度奖；《天云山传奇》，1981年获第一届中国电影金鸡奖最佳故事片奖、最佳导演奖；《牧马人》，1983年获第六届电影百花奖最佳故事片奖；《高山下的花环》，1985年获第八届电影百花奖最佳故事片奖；《芙蓉镇》，1987年获第十届电影百花奖和第七届中国电影金鸡奖最佳故事片奖。
