Patrick Bourdeaux, dit Patrick Dewaere, est un acteur français né le 26 janvier 1947 à Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d'Armor) et mort le 16 juillet 1982 à Paris 14e. Considéré comme un des acteurs les plus brillants de sa génération, Patrick Dewaere a incarné la « fureur de vivre » à la française et demeure un modèle pour les générations de jeunes comédiens qui lui ont succédé. Son jeu se caractérise par un naturel, une exactitude et une vérité dans les expressions, dans les gestes et dans les attitudes proches de l’Actors Studio, inventives et généreuses alors que dans les années 1970, les critiques préféraient les « rondeurs » et le jeu de son alter-ego professionnel, concurrent et ami Gérard Depardieu. Il se suicide à l'âge de trente-cinq ans, après avoir joué dans trente-sept longs-métrages durant une carrière longue de trente et un ans, après avoir composé et interprété plusieurs chansons pourFrançoise Hardy et pour lui-même et après avoir écrit la musique du film F… comme Fairbanks. Il est le père de la scénariste Angèle Herry et de la comédienne Lola Dewaere.
