Tuncel Kurtiz - BIOGRAPHY
(d. 1 Şubat 1936, Bahçecik, Kocaeli[1]), sinema ve tiyatro oyuncusu, yönetmen, yapımcı, senarist. Üniversitede kısa bir süre hukuk fakültesinde, daha sonra ise filoloji, felsefe, psikoloji ve sanat tarihi bölümlerinde okudu; ancak hiçbirinden mezun olmadı.[1] İlk kez 1959 yılında Dormen Tiyatrosu'nda oyunculuğa başlamış olan sanatçı, sinema filmlerinde rol aldı. Sürü filmiyle zirveye çıkan sanatçı, doğayla içiçe yaşamayı sever. Hacı ve Asi adlı dizilerde başrol oynamıştır. 2009 yılının başında vizyona giren olan Güz Sancısı filminde Kamil Efendi karakterini canlandırmıştır.Şu anda Ezel adlı dizide Ramiz Karaeski karakterini canlandırmaktadır.2010 Yaz döneminde NTV yeşil ekranlarında Edremit'in Çamlıbel kasabasında Zeytinbağı adlı işletmede dostlarını ağırlayarak Tuncel Kurtiz ve Dostları adlı program yapmaktadır. Ayrıcı BBC'nin Hayat (Life) belgeselini seslendirdi.
